Growth Peak (Pty) Ltd was founded by Sibusiso Nkosi, a corporate transformation expert who started his career in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment in 2006. Since 2020, he has served as the sole director of the company. He Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Pretoria.
He spent many years analyzing transformation policies and facilitating strategy sessions with leaders in Corporate SA to ensure effective implementation. Leveraging his consulting and executive experience, he facilitates Departmental Strategy Sessions with a focus is on Team Building, Team Development and Team Forming.
He is also a Certified Educator in Entrepreneurship, a Certified Life Coach specializing in Career Coaching and an experienced Team Strategy Facilitator. Additionally, he is a conference speaker, programme director and provides Thought Leadership pieces to media.
